1. No Refunds After Purchase

All purchases made through twinsparktech.netlify.app are for digital products/services, which are delivered instantly. Hence, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant and digital nature of our services, once payment is completed, no cancellations can be made.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

If you believe your case qualifies, please email us within 24 hours at twinsparktech@gmail.com with full transaction details.

4. Dispute Resolution

Do not raise payment disputes through third-party platforms (e.g., Razorpay, UPI apps) without first contacting us. Unjustified disputes may lead to account suspension.
