• Usage Data: App interactions, pages viewed, timestamp logs
• Payment Info: Handled securely via Razorpay (we do not store sensitive card info)

3. Why We Collect It

• Authentication and account management
• To generate personalized predictions
• To improve features, via privacy-first analytics (Umami)
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse

4. Data Sharing & Storage

• Stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud)
• No sharing with third parties except:
• Legal compliance (court orders, law enforcement)
• Service providers under NDA (Umami, Firebase, Razorpay)
• User data is never sold or rented

5. Data Retention & User Rights

• Data kept only as long as account is active
• Users may request deletion or export of data at any time via twinsparktech@gmail.com
• We will comply within 30 days of request

6. Cookies & Tracking

• No third-party advertising cookies
• Only anonymous analytics via Umami

7. Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If you believe your child’s data is in our system, contact us for deletion.
